    Same here.

    1. Guest toilet roof leaking
    2. Main bathroom pipe rosak.
    3. Door knobs all I changed to another set already
    4. Tiles in main bathroom is... exactly like in your picture there.

    Lucky I'm only renting.

      Good to know that there are lovely tenants like you whom will take extra initiative to fix things. I will suggest that if you do so, to claim back from the owner ;)
